Trainees start at Beacon Fire Protection as temporary workers. We use this time to assess your skills and your willingness to learn. We hope you will use this time to explore this specialty trade and see if you can see your future in this industry and with us. During your probation period, you will have Public Holidays off. You will be eligible for PTO once you become a fitter and health insurance once you become permanent.
