These Terms of Use govern access to and use of theBeacon, Beacon Fire Protection’s internal employee portal, and BeaconShare, our secure collaboration site for subcontractors, vendors, and external project partners. By accessing either platform, you agree to the following terms.

🔐 Confidentiality & Information Security

• All content accessed through theBeacon and BeaconShare is considered confidential and must be used only by authorized users for legitimate business purposes.

• You may not copy, forward, share, or distribute files, data, or project information to unauthorized individuals or third parties.

• This applies to all site content, including documents, images, communications, forms, and links.

• Users must protect their login credentials and must not share accounts or allow others to access the platform on their behalf.

🔗 Access & Sharing

• Access to theBeacon and BeaconShare is role- and project-based. You are only permitted to access the files and areas explicitly assigned to your user account.

• Beacon Fire Protection reserves the right to adjust or revoke access at any time due to changes in role, contract status, or project scope.

• If you believe you have access to resources in error, or if you no longer require access, notify us immediately at info@beaconfire.co.

• All uploaded content must be professional, project-relevant, and free of viruses, personal sensitive data, or unauthorized content.

✅ Acceptable Use

You are expected to use theBeacon and BeaconShare solely for work-related collaboration and project management.

Acceptable use includes:

• Accessing and submitting project documentation

• Viewing company policies, forms, and schedules

• Coordinating with Beacon Fire Protection personnel and authorized partners

• Uploading required documents such as invoices, certifications, or RFIs

Prohibited use includes:

• Sharing login credentials or impersonating another user

• Accessing areas or files outside your assigned scope

• Uploading irrelevant, personal, or inappropriate materials

• Circumventing permissions, modifying site structure, or interfering with system settings

📊 Monitoring & Enforcement

• All activity on theBeacon and BeaconShare is logged and monitored to support operational integrity and data security.

• Beacon Fire Protection may audit user actions, file access, and login activity.

• Any violation of these terms may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or removal of access

  • Notification to your employer, contracting company, or relevant manager

  • Additional consequences as defined by Beacon Fire Protection policies or project agreements
